This is my favorite Sonic. They always do the best that they can to the best of their ability given these hard times. 190 Sonic and Highway 22 always get my order incorrect and take over 20 minutes to bring out a simple online order. thanks "Abita" Sonic for being on top of your game.

Went to get me and my son ice cream today.. I ordered like usual. The guy never ONCE said "cash only". My two blasts come out and I hand the girl my card and she says "oh he didn't tell you it's cash only?" I say No he didn't and I think I only have a 5 (total was 8 something). She says something about the new guy.. goes back in.. comes out and says " he said he told you cash only." Like im lying to get a 4 dollar blast.. super insulting. So I reiterate that he did not tell me or I wouldn't have placed the order knowing I didn't have cash to cover it. So she takes one of my blasts back and I pay for my son's but I'll never come back here. The audacity is incredible.

This place is always always closed when it says open on Google maps. Last time they were closed and listed as open they were shooting a commercial for like a week, today they are closed for remodeling, they close HOURS earlier than what the hours posted. List proper hours and that you're closed because I drive 25 minutes out of my way to come here and look online to see if you're open and you're almost NEVER open when I make the drive to get stuff for the family.

I have been working at about 5 different sonics on and off for 4 years and this one in abita has the best management and is the cleanest I can guarantee I won't go get ice water from any other sonic bc they don't keep up with cleaning the mildew out of the ice bin most of the time

Staff can never get the orders right. They literally put ketchup in bags with French toast but not syrup. Or icing for cinnasnacks. Maybe the manager should put pictures to help all employees ensure they at least include the full order. Gave them another chance to prove they are trying. Then 1-28-22 they swapped ordered between customers cars. All be cause they mixed it up. Mind you thats not ok ever better yet during covid pandemic. IF YOU WANT SONIC GO TO 190. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

I wouldnt recommend getting the reese's peanut butter blast. There is so much ice cream and hardly any candy or reeses. The only toppings they had was on the very top and I can't even fill up my hand with the little bit of toppings they had
