Best breakfast place we've found in Mammoth Lakes. Everything on the menu is good. Omelettes are killer here. I especially like their biscuits and gravy. This place has been quite busy each time we've visited the area. The Stove is decorated in a country rustic theme.

The Stove has been serving some of the best breakfast in Mammoth Lakes for years. Their biscuits are soft and flakey and their French toast and pancakes are simply delicious! They have a good breakfast menu with all the staples that you would find in a legitimate diner. So you’ll find whatever you’re craving for breakfast before you hit the slopes or trails. Make sure to order a Bloody Mary, it’s great.
The Stove does get pretty busy so make sure you go early.

We ordered breakfast takeout and couldn’t be happier! Very friendly service on the phone and when we picked up. I got oatmeal and all the little ad ons were in their own containers, which I appreciated. Biscuits and gravy was so good! The biscuits were especially delicious and fresh! My boyfriend loved his breakfast burrito. Will definitely come back next time we are in the area. Highly recommend this place! Seems like it might be the best place to eat in Mammoth.

A lovely quaint restaurant full of decos and gadgets that embody tradition and its long memory. Service was impeccable and foodwise, wasn’t remarkably tasty or anything like that, but still a decent choice for breakfast / brunch, especially considering all the alternatives around the area. It turned out that the omelette was far better than the famed skillet “Sierra Sunrise” – which was probably just another way of arranging all the ingredients of an omelette, but a poor way, sadly.

The potatoes were burnt and dry BUT the omelet was tasty! I got some salsa with it and it was HOT HOT HOT. I like spicy but boy, I wanted salsa not napalm. The flavor was great though! I will go back for sure though. Dry potatoes could just be a one off.

Stumbled upon this humble gem accidentally and then went back every morning I was in Mammoth.
The people are so lovely, the food is to die for and the whole place is just perfect.
