Bowling alley and more! You can borrow a board game for an Id card. They have an arcade, ping pong and darts. My family had a lot of fun here. The Bowling is excellent. You can configure automatic bumpers to come up for individual bowlers. Everyone I talked to or interacted with was super friendly. The bar has a good selection of drinks. They even have a self serve water bar.
The only downside was the food. The options are pretty good but so many things we ordered weren’t great. Most items tasted good for the first few bites but then just kind of ended up a let down. I’d still come back often. I did not go upstairs to the restaurant. I bet the Brasserie food is excellent compared to the pub/bowling food.
Great place for fine dining and one of the best views in Mammoth. The rigatoni bolognese and the seabass were amazing. Thank you to General Manager Stephan for the warm welcome and pre-dinner golf in the golf simulator room. We will definitely be back again!
Very small bowling alley, but otherwise really nice place. Clean, fresh and well organized. The bar well stocked and the staff super friendly. Didn't try any food, but it all looked yummy! Make reservations tho, fills up fast.
This place is a pricey bowling alley. But what isn't expensive in Mammoth? The bowling part was great. I found it weird that there was a tip line when paying for a lane but whatever, it's optional. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The bartender stopped what he was doing to help me carry drinks to our lane. I would have made two trips but it was thoughtful.
The only thing keeping this from five stars was the food... It wasn't good even by bowling alley standards. Not gross but no flavor. It seemed like the chicken tacos were boiled chicken. The truffle fries were lacking.
I'm sure we'll go back next time we're in town and may even try some food. But I think we'll stick to bar grub style.
Brought up some first timers this year and boy.... did they all have a blast. I've been coming up here for 35 years now. Perfect place to have the kids let off some energy and for adults to do adult things such as well, doing nothing and ordering a few cocktails. Irish Mules where spot on and the wife ordering her Cranberry and Vodka. Happy wife = happy life indeed. A must while in Mammoth Lakes.
Bowling is always funny and great...this place is clean, respectable and fun. The atmosphere is delightful. The brasserie upstairs is the best restaurant in mammoth. Who would have thought gourmet French cuisine is being delivered to you from above the bowling is crazy to say, but that's what is going on. Nevertheless, this is must place to visit when in town.
Good, but the beef and chicken dish were pretty much the exact same dish. Nice atmosphere and excellent table bread.
It's our first time to visit Mammoth Lakes as a stop on a road trip from Las Vegas to San Jose.
To be honest, many thinks skiing is the major thing to do in this town, but after having this meal, you can have NO ANY OTHER PLAN in this town but have this meal. It is totally worthy to drive 4 and half hour from Neveda to here through Death Valley National Park.
The Elk dish is extraordinarily delicious. The meat is cooked in about medium rare, and tasted so tender. It's more than perfect.
We also had both kind of salad. They are fresh without a doubt. Also, the dressing complements the vegetables. As for the onion soup, the sweetness from the onions is well tasted.
If you visit Mammoth Lakes, you MUST have this wonderful meal for sure.
