I love their pizzas. Their original crust is just so soft that it almost melts in your mouth. If someone with no teeth can eat it with no problems then I recommend it very highly.

Never once has my pizza been on time or the order correct. I've about given up.

Terrible service. Whichever lady works at night answering phones/taking food orders does a poor job. They have “forgotten” our order twice with no call back AND cancelled our online delivery after it was placed without telling us because they “do not deliver on Wednesdays”. Do you want ppl to keep coming back? You should probably work on communicating with your customers. After reading other reviews about the Casey’s on Prairieview road, it is clear that this is an issue. Hoping to see an improvement in the future.
