It was good BBQ. Our waitress was fantastic. The beef brisket was a big hearty piece. Not a huge fan of the sausage but that's personal preference. I loved the two spicy sauces they offer. It was enough to make two meals with. I'll try the pulled pork next time! The cheese curds were yummy too!

I stopped at Project 47 Smokehouse when passing through Mohomet, IL. I had brisket, pulled pork & sausage which were all great. Also tried the pork rinds with horsey sauce, also pretty good. The staff was very friendly and attentive, my order was brought out quickly, no complaints here. I will stop again when I'm back in the area.

We had a Friday evening dinner at Project 47, and were pleasantly surprised by their restaurant week menu. The food was superb, above and beyond our expectations. Very flavorful and cooked perfectly. The restaurant was busy, but we did not feel rushed. Service was stellar; unsurpassed to any we have seen during the pandemic. Staff was friendly, and service was fast. Very impressed. Will recommend, and stop by, again!
