Mcdonald's

I am a truck driver. I parked my semi and walked to this McDonald's to order some food in person, I had my company shirt on and my headset as all truck drivers are required to have. And the women working here told me they don't serve truck driver's. Exact words. So if McDonald's don't have a personal company to deliver their food, then my company better not ever get a call to deliver to them. We will refuse. So ALL TRUCK DRIVER'S....DO NOT EAT AT THE MCDONALD'S OFF INTERSTATE 10 NORTHBOUND AT MADISON FLORIDA. THEY MIGHT SPIT IN YOU'RE FOOD IF THEY EVEN DECIDE TO SERVE YOU. And corporate will hear about this.

Placed a mobile order with them trying to have a quick stop. Decided to do in store pick up since there was a line in the drive thru, and the app glitched the curbside. Got inside to see a long line, the cashier in the front would just randomly walk away while customers were standing there. My dad and I walked up and told her we were waiting on our order, and were confused with the app. She quickly said "yeah we're working on it" then walked away as I started to speak. She didn't come back, knowing we were still standing there. She randomly came back and handed us 3 out of 4 cups, I went to get tea and it was completely empty and the drink station was disgusting. Covered in used napkins, ice, spilled drinks, ketchup. We waited almost 30 mins and finally got our mcChickens and left. I only gave 2 stars because the fries weren't old, and I did see and appreciate the young man in the back working grill by himself in all the chaos after another woman just walked out

By far the worst McDonald's (and thats saying a lot). Waitied in line 20min just to get fries i swear they didn't drop in oil and a 1/4 pounder that must have sat under the lamp for 25min. Can't tell in my pics, but the fries were so pale in color, no way they hit hot oil... They weren't limp.... Disgusting

If I could do zero stars I would! 2nd time going here on lunch break we were told to pull forward both times this time we waited 10 minutes before going in to ask where our food was only to be told they don’t see our order after we had already paid and had our recipt!! We ordered a quarter pounder, 4pc nugget and cheeseburger meal. We then had to wait another 15 minutes total of 25 minutes just for our meal.!! Terrible customer service, never again!

False advertising on their menu. They charged me a higher price from the $1 menu it cost me 3 bucks for a mc chicken. The manager said it's not a dollar even though it straight said on the menu $1 this place is dirty as hell tables are filthy even the counter for the drink no straws and handed my son in law a bag of straws to fill it up. Unprofessional and not a place I will ever return.

First we received the wrong drink. Then we received cheeseburgers instead of hamburgers. We were asked to pull forward and wait for a Carmel macchiato with no cars behind us. After waiting 8 minutes I walked to the window since the inside is closed and she was just getting to make it. There was NO one else there!! I still had to wait 2 additional minutes for a refund.

They young gentlemen was so nice and he was very fast with my order. He was working both windows, taking cash and handing out our food. He had great customer service and let me not forget to mention that he sanitized his hands in between handling money and giving out my order. Next time I'll make sure I'll stop by while traveling again.
