Great food, great service, great staff - gotta love a timeless spot like this. It's a local destination of sorts, known for no-frills dining. Large portions, decedent diner-style dishes, exceptional drink menu, and reasonably priced. The restaurant is a stones throw from the beach and has plenty of parking. Highly recommended 👌

What a cozy coastal and delicious breakfast/brunch experience always! Go on the weekends early… like really early to catch the worm.. I mean the most delicious pancakes the size of the hubcaps you rolled in on! Peach and blueberry is our family favorite. The California omelette: avocado, mushroom, and cheese is my go to. The coffee is carafe style so you are never without a hot fresh cup. The service is friendly and on the weekend efficient AF.
We are always dine in and make this a destination for a special time together.
Pros: delicious food, solid coffee, generous portions, quality ingredients, fast service, good prices
Cons: decor is a bit kitschy, and overall could be cleaner

Absolutely fabulous food and our hostess was even more amazing. Came for our anniversary and best choice ever! Many various options of food. We had breakfast. MIMOSAS! A must visit if passing through. Definitely will return.

So here is the lowdown on Cristy's. They came into Madison about a decade ago. Their food is decent to mediocre. Burger King textured fries, omelets are very milky and fluffy (if you like that style), and kind of the same goes for the pancakes. But the bigger VERY weird issue is the owner/management! The business lie continues...At the start of Covid they claimed the health department would not let them give tap water, a LIE! They said, "We are only aloud to sell you bottled water". Well, funny, the hotel down the street and all the other town restaurants were furnishing tap water. We generally are not drawn to the restaurant but went again just the other day and they are STILL NOT offering tap water and you must buy bottled water or purchase a sugary drink. CRAZY, LOL! Solution, If we are all forced, for understandable reasons, to pay more for food today, go somewhere else where you are confident that the food is better. OR, you can bring your own water bottle and fill it up in their bathroom?

Very friendly staff! I have only gone twice, but both times have been great experiences! The pancakes are HUGE, and are priced REALLY well!! Very yummy food, but definitely a great breakfast spot!!

I always enjoy the food here, usually just come for breakfast. I consider it fairly unheard of for a place like this to charge for water so I'm not sure what that's about, and the same two Norah Jones songs just played on loop for about and hour which leaves me deeply confused. Cocktails are overpriced.

Ambiance was great, good company for dinner. Only a few salad options for gluten-free dishes. It's challenging for restaurants to offer GF options, no hard feelings.

Sat at the bar the food was delicious. I have Christy's French Toast. My sis had the Benedict. A lot of fun, drinks are so good.
