Mcdonald's

Bathrooms were very soiled, every table was dirty, I ordered ahead on the app and checked in but waited over 20 minutes for no customized objects. The drink area was out of straws and napkins. I only got 5 nuggets in my 6 pack. They had a lot of people in the kitchen so I don't know what the problems were.

Terrible service. Waited at register 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we wanted to place an order, employee did not know what she was doing, couldn't provide a receipt, and we waited 10 more minutes to get the "drinks" we ordered. My kids actually wanted a milkshake or ice cream and none of the products were available. Pretty sure it was because the employee did not know how to operate or replenish the machines. Will never return.

The quality of service diminishes every time that I decide to give them another chance. The drive-thru is so poor in not only service but accuracy. Every single time I asked for extra onions it seems as though it aggravates them when I let them know that the kitchen left them off. I'm assuming for communication or either poor management either could be fixed

Dispite being short-handed like so many place there days. The front end server did an excellent job of balancing taking orders and getting customers orders out to them. The soda fountain had a nonfunctional head and she took the time to get the beverage that I was asking for, in spite of the rush she was dealing with.

They do not deserve the 1 star. It was Awful!! They were very slow and they weren't busy at all. The manager was very unprofessional. I had to wait to order bc she was on her phone texting, etc and while ordering my food she still was strolling and after wards. When asked for ketchup and mayo she said hold on but never got it til I asked again.

Must one of the worst McDonalds. Service was only via the kiosk. Stood at counter for 5 minutes with zero interaction with an employee. Finally another customer step up to tell me it was kiosk only. Ordered and it took 8 minutes to get 3 breakfast and 2 drinks. The third drink was accepted via the kiosk an after waiting, an employee said they did not have. Then it took an additional 5 minutes for another employee to refund the drink. Manager did not say sorry. Instead gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there. After all of that, I order an egg McMuffin and they got that wrong. How do you screws up such a simple order.

This place is absolutely terrible waiting 40 minutes for food. And then getting the food for something to be missing is crazy it's to hot outside to have people waiting in this heat for 40 minutes and then not fixing the problem not everyone has working ac in their vehicle and the corporate of mcdonalds needs to shut this place down time and time again they mess something up and have not 1 care for the customer
