Such amazing food! Good size portions and even more flavor! The owners are so friendly and nice! Makes eating here taste that much better knowing how involved and passionate they are! My favorite is the gyoza 🥟 so good, and ramen all ways! The pork belly is melt in your mouth fresh and good! Save room for some mochi ice cream, the red bean is my favorite!!! Great place to get good food that does not take long to prepare!!

A little chaotic figuring out the menu. Took a while to have it explained because it is authentic Japanese. Food was a little cool but they were very busy. Dumplings and edema were great! The soups were amazing!! Courteous service. Will return.

Strings is top-notch ramen. The environment boasts a clean, comfortable, modern-but-not-too aesthetic and it's perfect.
My meal started with chicken gyoza. Perfect texture, a rich flavor, and the spicy ponzu they come with was superb. I think I could make a meal out of those alone.
The main show, my level 3 hell ramen came out, and I think I fell in love. The flavors of this ramen were complex, rich, deep, and well-balanced. The ground pork was a beautifully rich topping and the crispy pork skin added a wonderful texture. The spice. Friends, just let me warn you, if you don't have a very robust spice tolerance, you may want to sit the Hell ramen out. Level 3 was at the top of my tolerance, but they managed to make it very spicy while VERY flavorful, which is no small feat.
All in all, it was a superb experience and I look forward to experiencing their full array of fare.

The staff are incredibly kind and efficient. Watching them work on our Hell Challenge Ramen (we failed lol) from the kitchen was great! You can tell the cooks put a lot of care into the food. The fries and mochi were so yummy! Thank you for a great time, we'll be back to try more of your menu! ❤️

Highly recommend trying the gyoza as an appetizer! I had the pork belly tongkatsu as my main. Really impressed with the overall service and quality of food.

I have been here 3 times and it has been the same story. Great flavor, great dumplings, but little to no meat with much fat. What you see here was $43 along with a sprite. If the meat situation could change I would be much more willing to go back.

They have a very good and flavorful tonkotsu broth. Their noodles is pretty standard. All the toppings in the broth was great especially the soft broiled egg. My bowl of kura buta belly tonkotsu came with one decently sized slice of pork that was really tender. I wish the broth was served at a hotter temperature.

Sriracha broccoli - this is a dish that you can't pass up. It's delicious, and I loved every bite. Staff was very helpful with explaining how to correctly order.
