I am typically pretty understanding with a lot of stuff . However I will say I have had multiple bad experiences with this Zaby’s and will never go back. There is always issues. Wrong food, waiting forever even when you order ahead, to the system being down.

6-1-22 @ 12:08pm Order online, paid, everything no problem. Get there to pick up.... closed. No heads up, no announcements on the door, drive thru speaker, nothing. People wasting their lunch hour sitting in a line to a closed restaurant. Disrespectful and bad business. Now I'm still out 15 bucks and no food, no refund. Don't waste your time.

They were open but the employee said they weren't taking orders, so that's prejudiced against people without smart phones and cars cause I had to place the order online.

Zaxby's has always been a favorite from the first time I moved down to Savannah, GA to my travel back to Georgia. Their chicken fingers are so tasty with Spicy Zaxby's sauce. The folks that work there were very friendly and nice. If you never had Zaxby's check it out. My disclaimer at some locations the chicken is very salty I don't know why that is but when is right it is very good.

Food was cold customer service was horrible!!! Food looks like it was just threw on the plate 🍽️ salad 🥗 wasn't fresh!! 🤢 Wasted my money I threw it in the trash!!!

Ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Although it was delicious, it had so much sauce the bottom toast was completely soaked. I'm not sure if it's a good or bad thing..

We had dinner here one evening and the chicken fingers were very good. It is a fast food restaurant.

Dining from is closed. Drive thru is still super slow. And my food was still cold after waiting. Never again.
