We stopped in here for dinner during our stay at the Clifty Inn. When we arrived the place was packed as the Bengals were playing their playoff game and there was a large party in one of the rooms. Our waiter Duey (Semper Fi!) was amazing. He provided some of the best service we've had even though he was swamped! He did an excellent job and the food was amazing huge prtions for the price. We will definitely be back!

If you are interested in a classy dining experience with an old house, old hotel vibe. This place is a great option. Service was mediocre. We waited a little while, but did not mind with the live piano music in the background. We were in the fine dining area, but they had the door open to the bar. I believe a sports game was on, so we heard cheers from them while eating in a classy environment. I’d advise them to close any doors they can. Food was fantastic and beer selection was great as well. It was overall a great experience!

We visited this tavern for dinner on the evening of October 30. Two of us ordered the Brisket sandwich. It was horrible. One end of the meat could not even be bitten off. The other was about as tough as shoe leather once a piece was bitten off. We told our waitress that it was not edible, and her response was "I'm sorry". No offer to replace it, no adjustment of the bill, nothing. I wouldn't go there again if they were the only restaurant in town.

Went to the Broadway Hotel and Tavern last night for the first time, It was a great experience from beginning to end. Hostess greeted us right away and was friendly. Tory was our server and came to our table immediately. She introduced herself and was very pleasant. Drinks came quick and so did the appetizer (jalapeno poppers). We asked for recommendations for dinner...I was debating between the NY strip and the ribeye and my husband was deciding between the NY strip and ribs. We went with her recommendations and they were spot on!! The ribeye and brussel sprouts were delicious and the ribs had a TON of meat on them and were very tasty. Tory was helpful, kind and efficient. We were so stuffed, we actually had to pass on her recommendation for the peanut butter pie for dessert...but maybe next time! Thanks, Tory for making our first experience at The Broadway a great one!!

Stopped by here on a little solo trip for dinner. The whitefish sandwich was one of the best I have ever had, and being from Northern Michigan, that means something. I ate outside so I cannot say much about the indoor dining experience, except it looked like it had lots of character when I went inside briefly. My server (I did not catch her name) was excellent and timely, even though I decided to dine outside in the very hot and humid weather. Very friendly people. Cold draft beer. Kudos to the chef for the deliciousness. Kudos on the service. Will definitely go back next time.
