Rally's

HORRIBLE! The cook had an attitude! My burger was freezing cold and he complained that they had just opened. He also got an attitude with my mother who is a Senior Citizen! No respect! The cashier attempted to warm my burger up and overheated to the point that is an inedible! Plus the burger was supposed to be bigger! Never going here AGAIN AND I’ve always loved Rally’s and Checkers!

Visited on Monday December 30th at 9 pm. Was told I cannot be served anything fried because she had to change the grease and could not stand the smell anymore. I was not given an option to wait, so I assumed no one would be able to get fries or any fried foods for the last 3 hours the location was open. How ridiculous! I can't imagine the correct store protocol would be to change Grease 3 hours before the store closes and not have fried foods available for the rest of the evening. Extremely disappointed. This needs to be addressed.

We ordered our food at 11:30 am and did not recieve it until 11:55. My husband's burger was cold as if it just came out of the fridge and my chicken was burnt and tasted like old oil. I do not recommend this place the only 5star was the Aunt Annie's worker. She had a positive attitude and ran all over the place trying to help where she could. This place is SERIOUSLY UNDERSTAFFED!!!

Fast food inside Wal-Mart. It's everything you expect. They're always out of at least one thing on my order. Staff who have no idea how to do anything including running the cash register. It's fine if you want to grab a fountain drink, anything else is a waste of money and time. I say walk around the corner and get fresh fried chicken and tater logs for great treating food from the deli!

I wish that they would not even post times I have called the corporate office 2 times because the employees either looked me in the face and said they were closed 1-1/2 hours before posted closing time or they were not even there 2 hours before posted closing. I just don’t understand how a corporation can operate like that. Someone at the front office has to know because they are paying these employees by the hour...Ok I like their food but if you want to cut costs by closing certain locations at an earlier time then change your publicly posted hours. Like tonight 4-19-19 at 11:34 no one there and their posted closing time is 1:00 AM. I’m just finish with Rally’s

Worse food ever! Everything was cold and I guess the service is what you should expect at Walmart for a meal!! Was there on the 6th and it was non lunch peak and I still waited what to seem to be a long time for cold food and I could clearly see my order was ready but everyone was too busy talking to get it ready for me!
