I got a Salted Caramel Cold Brew & cinnamon streusel slice. Both were very good, although I wanted a bit more sweet in my coffee. I normally make my own at home so I'm not used to ordering how much sweet I want. The condiments are not out so I asked for sweetener & I was debating which one & the gal added that they have a syrup too. I asked if I could get that since it would mix better as a liquid so she pumped a couple shots into a small cup so I could put it into my coffee. I don't know her name, but that was excellent service in my opinion.

This place used to be great until all good employee left and they hired weird people. This white girl with heavy makeup all the time is beyond rude and mess up drinks. She should focus more on work rather than putting 4 layers of makeup.The black girl is also rude and talks literally while making a drink. I saw her spit going in one customer drink. Disgusting! They need to be fire and need to hire decent people.

I come here often. The staff remembers my name, asks about my kids and always treats me respectfully. My order is sometimes not made correctly, but they are so good at making it right. Everyone makes mistakes. Admitting it and fixing issues is a way bigger testament to their greatness!!
