Chili's Bar And Grill

I don’t usually go to Chili’s, as I know there’s a limited amount of entrees to choose from that adhere to my dietary restrictions, but I was in the area with friends and figured “Eh, what the heck.” Lemme tell ya, I was NOT disappointed. To start with, all the staff was friendly and prompt, but our server was EXCEPTIONAL. I had a lot of stupid questions about vegetarian options, which she was not only receptive to, but also seemed generally concerned as to finding something that I could not only eat, but also enjoy. In the end, she ended up putting in some custom fajitas with corn/broccoli instead of meat and they were so good! They also came with so many yummy fixings on the side. A couple of my friends got their old timer burger, with the exception of my one friend who enjoys their Big Mouth bites. No major complaints there, except for the tomato being a bit sparse on the old timers. My friend was, however, absolutely gushing over their Caesar salad side and finished it in about two minutes flat (pictured below as extremely empty black bowl). Overall, yummy food, prompt service, and awesome staff!

UPDATED REVIEW- 09/21: Not the best place I’ve ever been, also not the worse. 3 adults and 2 kids we spent $80.36. My son had a little insect with wings in his drink, she was very understanding and replaced it with a new one, but it grossed me out. My nachos were pretty good, some of the best I’ve had in awhile, though the Queso was a little hotter than expected. My husband had no complaints!! UPDATE 5/26/22: I am very disappointed in my deal tonight. I have higher expectations for Chili’s… and tonight they let me down. For starters; I arrived at 8:04pm (I knew my food was going to be ready until 8:14-8:17) I decided to just sit and wait. However, the time got to be 8:24pm and I decided to go in and someone else arrived when I got there and they wait 5 minutes before going in- I went in and my food was ready. They manager guy said sorry I didn’t bring it to your car. I don’t have enough workers. That’s okay… Further more I get home to eat… there aren’t any silverware or napkins in my bad, after asking for it. My steak was horrible. It was really chewy and I wasn’t able to enjoy it. The asparagus was really hard. The only thing that was halfway decent was the corn on the cob and that wasn’t even good. It was disappointing and I didn’t even finish it.

Ordered curbside pickup, wanted everything to be ‘well done’. There was no option for salmon in the salad to be well done, but oh well. Came to pick it up, there was no salmon in my salad at all! Also no dressing. Cheeseburger came medium (i put: well done), so i had to finish cooking at home :) Do not go there if you want to eat well lol

I'm in general a fan of Chili's, but I've never went to this location and had a good experience. Worth the extra drive to the east side location. They were mostly empty and service/food/drinks were still super slow. Staff were hanging out and talking in the corner while people waited to be seated, waited for drinks etc... Maybe they are short staffed in the kitchen, but that should be communicated then. No discounts offered after the wait, errors.

I have been going to location and had great visits. This last time changed my entire thoughts and would never go there again. There should never be an instance where one bartender with helping 16 people. I watched 5 other people pop out of the back like a pop-up picture and ignored or avoided people. Poor leadership

Kylie is a great server. She was bustin her butt off cleaning the tables, taking guests, and serving food. While a couple other black girl workers were just sitting in the corner not doing anything. She has a strong work ethic and should be recognized. The food was delicious as well. Bartender and Kylie were the ones working their butt off when short staffed and a lot of people there
