This was actually my 2nd time, getting food from this location. The 1st time was very underwhelming. The wings were overcooked and dried out. The cheese dippers had a strange taste to them, and I could only eat a couple of them(which is why I could only give it 4 stars). However, yesterday was a completely different outcome. The food was delicious! I could tell that particular crew took pride in what they were doing. And if no one has told them, we (the consumers) greatly appreciate when they do. I'd recommend this location, if you're in the area.

Pretty good for the selection and price. I was disappointed that they didn't make enough cinnamon pizza desserts, making primarily chocolate chip ones, which I didn't like. I was glad they made several without pepperoni, since I cannot eat that. The salad was wonderful--fresh greens, lots of toppings, & tasty ranch dressing!

The worst experience ever at this location with the server Brittany R. She was extremely rude and nasty. Her customer service skills were awful and she claims to be the manager. She wouldn't provide a number to the corporate office for a formal complaint but called the Madison police. (Smh) The police never came because there wasn't a reason 😒

Service was great. All pizza on buffet was thin crust. The spaghetti was runny and thin (noodles and sauce only). Salad was awesome. RIP Mazzios buffet...

We jumped off the interstate and wanted to sit down and eat after driving several hours and after checking several places no one would offer dining in due to staffing shortage but after we ordered it to go and offered to just eat in the car before continuing our trip the lady that took our order ask her manager if we could eat inside and we were allowed to sit at a table I'm so tired of covid bs and lazy people not wanting to work but glad to see the ones who do show up still care the food and service was excellent will definitely recommend and come back when close by again

the pizza is good, not great. the salad bar is very good. service is friendly. they are consistently a good place for their lunch buffet.

Just Oder a pizza and cheese breadsticks through door dash well we got the pizza but not the cheese breadsticks. Mazzios person ask the door dash person to ask us if we wanted to remake the cheese breadsticks or store credit. We replied to remake and we’ve not heard anything from them. Update from Mazzios they have the person on video leaving with our whole order so it’s door dash person who screwed us.
