Only rated a 1 bc nothing less was a option! I’ve ordered from this location on 3 different occasions. The pizzas being made there are unacceptable. The 1st time I order, I asked for it to be remade and I had to go back and forth with them just to get a pizza remade. next time ordered online pulled up for the pizza and she said the delivery driver left with my pizza! Had to wait for it to be remade! 3rd try -This pizza shown is supposed to be half cheese half pepperoni… You be the judge . Will not be ordering from this location any more 8800 Highway 72 Madison al

After years of great service, I placed an online order tonight. After hearing nothing for an hour, I called and was told that it would be at least another hour before our pizza would be made. Definitely wish I had known that before waiting so long to cancel our order.

Only rating 1 because I can’t give a zero. Third time I thought would be a charm but nope. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes I hung up and ordered on line. Got to the store 45 minutes later after it said 30–40 minutes to be ready. Still waiting after another 30 minutes after being told 10-15 at the window to come in and be told it still wasn’t even started. I can count 8 people in here standing around and people are still being told that their orders still weren’t ready for pick up.. on the flip one girl
was extremely nice and offered us a drink.

Was on hold over a hour to complain about the 2 hr wait for the pizza. We ended up going to pick it up everything was cold... I would recommend going to a different Domino's . This place is a joke.btw still on hold a hr and 5 minutes.

Prepaid order online; RUDE delivery drivers shows up 1 hour later and says he needs to collect. THANKS!!! Next 5 deliveries: 4 deliveries missing items and late "COLD FOOD" 1 order correct and on time. TIME FOR NEW MANAGEMENT! This is the only place i can order from...NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Last 3 times over a couple months time, we order garlic crust pizza and all 3 times no garlic. None whatsoever. It’s not worth going to dominos if they give me plain crust pizza, garlic crust is the only reason I go here. Absolutely sucks.

Pizza orders are usually hot, tasty, and has a great crust. Window service is courteous and prompt.

Wasn't notified it was done until two hours afterwards and food was cold when got it and called to complain and was on the phone for an hour maybe even over with no answer!!!!! Save your money or go to a different store location!!!!!!!!! Terrible service food cold and gross 🤢
