China Buffet

The food was very good and we enjoyed it a lot but the place needs to work on better cleaning up of things especially in this pandemic times. The placing of the gloves for safety for customers serving the buffet to themselves wasn't placed in a very visible area. So most of the people including us didn't see them and so we all were handling the serving spoons after each other. We sanitized our hands when we return to our table to eat. Worse part for me was when I was finishing my meal and almost at end of drinking my water and ice had finally melted I noticed something white at bottom of cup. Hoping it was something stuck to bottom I checked and unfortunately it wasn't outside of it but in it. Took straw and managed to pull it out and saw it was a fortune cookie paper and it wasn't mine or belong to anyone else either at my table because we all had ours still. I was so grossed out thinking about how I had just drank a whole glass of water with someone else's fortune cookie paper in it. No telling whose it was and worse off knowing that glass couldn't have been cleaned up after last use good if that was left in cup. Would return for food but very sure I'll be examining everything good to be sure it's completely clean before I use it.
