Chick-fil-a

The customer service at this chick fil a is consistently excellent but the lady working the curbside in space #2 this morning 2/12/2021 at 9:25 am definitely doesn’t reflect the serving with excellence mantra of the company. Not only was her demeanor sour, she failed to utter a single word when I thanked her for the food. Seriously? How much effort does it take to say “your welcome” or even respond to a greeting? It’s not hard - I’m chalking this up to a random employee that needs an attitude adjustment.

Drive through is always crazy at Chick-fil-A, I like using the curbside option and ordering using the app. Employees are always nice and food is always fresh. Slightly pricey, but the consistency make up for that in my opinion. They also have really good sauces. My favorite is the Sweet & Spicy Sriracha.

Ordered our food and the kid didn't know what he was doing. Told me the sandwich didn't come with tomatoes and changed the cheese to American, I assumed they were out of stuff. Went around and they couldn't find our order so that took some time and held up the rest of the line. Then we waited even longer for our food just to find out when we got home that our order was messed up. I wanted chicken nuggets and didn't get any! They're usually fantastic whenever we go but this is the first time we went at night and I'm sad to say I'm disappointed with tonight's experience. Check your orders BEFORE you leave!
