Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I ordered 2 meals to go through their app. Picked up the food at the stated time. Drove home in 10 minutes. The food was cold. Not even warm. Ordered meat loaf and roast beef. Both with mashed potatoes and gravy. Meat was cold, potatoes were cold. Almost no gravey on the potatoes. Veggies were like warm. Biscuit and cornbread was cold. Very disappointed. Called manager. Said he would give me free food next time I come in. I said I order online and don't come in and he said I would have to come in to get the free food. Did not offer to give me a refund for the food that I already paid for and was cold. Probably won't be back as the service is poor the managers response was poor and I'm not into buying cold food.

Ordered food at 8:30am on app to be picked up at 10:30am on my lunch break. Got there at 10:35am food was not ready. Waited til 10:55am food still not ready. Had to get a refund and didn't have time to get anything else.. ... Few weeks prior to this last visit I Ordered curbside and ordered a 32 oz tea for 2.79 and they brought me a 12oz cup of tea had to go into the restaurant to get another 12oz cup because they were out of 32oz cups but they didn't tell me that. Still didn't get 32oz. I will probably never eat at this cracker barrel again.

Went for breakfast and the meal was great just what you'd expect from Cracker Barrel. Wife got the seasonal special Grandma's Pancake breakfast. This came with battered fried Turkey and pancakes. The pancakes has cranberries and came with Orange with and cranberry infused butter. She won the title of best breakfast dish that day. It was so good we replicated it at the campground when we made Sunday Morning brunch the next week. I had the three eggs, double meat breakfast with bacon 🥓 and sausage, Hash brown casserole, grits gravey, and biscuits. Great as always. Service was great.
