Outback Steakhouse

Can understand that restaurant was busy but how things were handled was pure poor customer service!! We placed order at 4pm for order to arrive between 5:40 and 5:50. At 6:30 called restaurant to see what hold up was. It took 9 times calling over 20 minutes to finally get someone to answer phone. Was told by young lady that all delivery orders had been cancelled and if we still wanted our order we could come to restaurant and pick up ourself. But it would still be 45 mins to 1 hour before our order would be ready for pickup. My issue is that we should have been contacted and informed that our order would not be delivered. We are 2.5 hours into thinking our dinner will be delivered. In that amount of time we could have already made other plans for dinner. Asked to speak to Manager and he/she refused to come to the phone. Food order was cancelled !!

Meat was RAW !, the baked potato was cold, bread was cold. We ordered takeout, curb side service and like a mile away . HOW can food get that cold that quick And RAW ? Sonic or Applebee’s would have been better. Ordered the valentines dinner. DONT DO IT , waste of time , and money . Lost me as a customer .

My wife and I order food through home delivery services 3 to 4 times a week and it seems as though the restaurants just can't get it right and it is so disappointing!!! HOWEVER, LET ME TELL YOU GUYS AT THE OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE IN MADISON, AL. YOU GUYS KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK TO STRAIGHT A HEAD CENTER!!! MY WIFE'S STEAK WAS COOKED TO PERFECTION, THE VEGGIES WERE STEAMED TO PERFECTION!!! MY CHICKEN WAS, YOU GUESSED IT PERFECT!!! ALL OF THE FOOD ARRIVED HOT!!! GREAT JOB TO TOM AND HIS CREW, I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH!!! Keep it up guys.
