I waited several minutes in line to get to the speaker to order. When I did I only was asked if I was using the app. I said no, and then waited to see if the employee would say something. When they didn’t, I said my order, a double quarter pounder with a large coke, and waited. No response. I said “Hello?” No response. Finally someone asked if that would be all. I waited to see if they would confirm my order or show it on the screen but neither happened. Figuring they were busy, I said yes and pulled around. I get to the window and the woman there doesn’t say anything just takes my card. I have not been told my total, had my order confirmed or anything I was expecting at the window. She runs my card and hands me a large drink and a small bag. I knew it was wrong immediately as the only thing in the bag was a straw and a small fry. At this point she has already fully turned away from the window. I know on the window, no response. Finally after knocking three times she comes back over. Doesn’t say anything, and I tell her my order was wrong, what it should be, and what I received. She takes the bag, turns around and says something to another staff member. Finally a third staff member comes up confused about what my order should be. I have to repeat it multiple times to him. He asks for my card after telling me the correct total. I have to ask to confirm the incorrect order will be canceled. He processes the refund and correct order, gives me back my card. I wait a few more minutes to get my correct food. When I do, the woman comes back and doesn’t say anything, just hands it to me. At no point in this did I get an apology of any sort, not even a “oh sorry about that let me fix that for you.” Between the wait time, the lack of customer service at the speaker, the lack of customer service at the window (no confirmation of cost, order, or refund), and the lack of apology. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s. It’s a shame too because the burger was delicious.

I order at the McDonald’s located on Regent St, in Madison Wi. The location is very busy, yet, when you do curbside pickup you wait 30+ minutes for 1-3 items. Don’t recommend curbside if you are in a rush. As it stated it should take 5 minutes for food to come out. I have waited the longest 45 minutes for a single drink. When not busy it still takes 10-15 minutes to get my order. A quick in and out isn’t possible at this location.

Not busy at all, even though it was lunch time. It took over 30 minutes to get what I ordered. It took 10 minutes before they even took my order. Me and two other people had to get the attention of the people in the back to take our order. As much as I do not like the kiosks, they weren't even working, so we had to wait for them to take our order.

We waited in line for 35 minutes just to have them give our order to the car in front of us. Then we were told to go park in a spot that was already full. Parked next to it and then waited another 35 minutes just for them to never come out and give us the order. When we went in to go try and resolve the issue we could barely get the attention of anyone. Then when we tried to explain she was very rude and just said “no” and walked away. Absolutely trash mc Donald’s location.

Fair. But like most McD's, they really should have some basic math training! My lady and i got some killer size burgers. She ordered a 1/2 pounder, as she is dainty, and. I ordered a 1/4 quarter cheeseburger. What the hell!!?1 Her burger was bigger!! How? 1/4 is two times larger than 1/2. Duh.

I'm obviously not proud of how often I go here, but it's a block away. I always order an iced coffee drink and out of, literally, probably hundreds of times, I have been given the right size twice. They always upcharge/downsize you. So I started ordering smalls, and now they always give me smalls, but always charge for mediums. Also if you go at night, it's not uncommon to sit in the drive thru while the (blatantly intoxicated) staff has looooong conversations with friends in cars, who then drive off without having ordered anything.

Was busy inside & long kine for drive thru at 230am.... very surprised that lobby was still open. Didnt like that drunks could just linger thou. Garbage was over flowing. Even few garbage bags not taken out. Didnt get my medium mocha frappe drink at 1st.

Ordered food, was waiting to pay for ten minutes when I noticed the guy to pay was asleep. That’s solid management and staffing right there haha. Will not be back, but look forward to sharing the hilarious story.
