Silver Mine Subs

Silver mine must be hard up for new talent, because the trainee attempting to train the newbie who knew absolutely nothing about following a order slip, was led to take over 7 minutes at fidgeting with my Medium Silver City sandwich, I actually was concerned as I watched the both of them Miserably peel back my wrapped sandwich, and go finger thru the ingredients as they exposed my meal on the prep table...I was compelled to speak up and ask what's the matter, I was met with bewilderment as to why would I dare ask why they were dissecting my sandwich...I was treated rudely as I caught the attitude by the two individuals who were obviously Not Trained Nor Informed of how to read a order ticket, and they had no clue what was on the sandwich I ordered, because I had to correct them on it....I've been coming here for years, and have had home delivery many many times. The on duty Manager Did not Step in and Handle the situation. He obviously has no leadership Qualities or Skills, He seemed passive and ok, as though he is Owner of this Store ...which I'm sure he is Not. I will eat at the Boulder Location from now on.

We went into to order our food last night and there were 4 employees working. 2 men and 2 women. The guy in the tie dye shirt was doing nothing, took over 15 mins to get our meal as they had to heat up the soup. We couldn’t hear the 2 men talking and cussing about a patron, while they were sitting down to dine, over a cup of soup they had asked for. We got home to eat our food as it was late and our order was wrong. We ordered and paid for 2 large sandwiches and received 1 large and 1 medium although we were charged for 2 larges in our order.
