At my work, we order from Salad Creations a lot, because the salads are great and many of my coworkers (and myself) are trying to stay healthy. I thoroughly enjoy everything I've ordered from Salad Creations.
That being said, there is one employee there that is extremely difficult. She often sounds annoyed at us for ordering, and has been rude to me, and a few other people I work with. She is usually the person who answers the phones when we call there. I have multiple coworkers disgruntled by her attitude. I'm not sure of her name, but she always sounds annoyed/mad when we try to do a group order (which is, mind you, anywhere from 3 to 7 or so salads). She acts like she doesn't want our business, and that we're a huge inconvenience to her.
Because of her, we might not want to order from here anymore, because everyone who has had to deal with this woman has been really put off by her during lunch. We really enjoy the food, but don't need the added stress of dealing with a rude person.

I expected to pay a little extra for a large salad and that came to fruition. What didn't was the poor quality of the chicken on the Thai Crunch. After picking the rubbery cubed chicken out, the salad was pretty good. I could have spent that much at Copp's salad bar making a salad myself, though.
