Pizza Pit - Madison East, Monona, Mcfarland, Cottage Grove

As an experienced waitress, bartender, manager of hospitality ranging from fast food to fine dining, I'm extremely disappointed with the experience that my fiance & experienced recently. I think he & I would rather eat dog food than order a meatball sub where the bread was extremely soggy that matches perfectly with their side dish called spinach & slop...I don't even think pigs would eat this, yuck🤮

Ordered last night. The driver basically insulted my disabled mother because she's poor and can't afford to give tips. She had ordered from them earlier yesterday afternoon. I'm a delivery driver too, and I even get mad when people don't tip. I don't insult them to their face saying 'I close my eyes when I deliver here.' Guys like him make me not want to tip anyone.

Love the Chain Hate the Location. Wait 20 mins for a cold pizza and the people on the phone played hold games then hung up in mid complaint wanted my money back and they wouldnt even respond on why the wouldnt. Now cold pizza and out 23 bucks.... Aftering being contacted and asked what location it is clear that is nothing more then an auto response only further showing the lack of any real responsibility but fine the location is 13 Atlas Ct, Madison, WI 53714 and I'm pretty sure it was a premade pizza they just needed to get rid of it was no where near fresh.

I placed an order for carry out on 02/20/20. When I got home my breadsticks and my pizza were burnt. I called the store to see if they'd deliver a new order of breadsticks since the kids were too hungry to wait for a new pizza. I spoke to the manager and was a little irritated, but asked politely if they could deliver a new order of breadsticks. He must've gotten irritated because he put me on hold without saying anything. I was in the middle of saying "'hello" when one of the works apologized and said my breadsticks would be delivered shortly. We frequently order from here, but after being treated so rudely I will never order from there again!!
