Got a pizza and 16 wings. All tasted good. Staff was friendly.
Went to the drive through for pickup, rang the bell, and nobody came up. Went to the front door and it was locked. Then the delivery driver pulls up and says, "they're in there, they're just not paying attention."
I go back to the drive through and they tell me 10 more minutes because the fryer oil was being replaced when I placed my order. It actually took 20 minutes.
They gave me $5, a 20oz soda, and a coupon for a free large any way you want it pizza to make it right.
Calls seem to go to some call center, so who knows if you're actually talking to the location you're getting it from.
The food was better than the last time I got pizza hut in general (much less greasy and drippy) The service was good and the new guy who helped us did really well, the seasoning for our wings was not at this location and he quickly told us the options available. The only problem and a minor one at that is that the spicy Pepperoni pizza was a bit dry (May be our fault as we took a bit to get there) overall much more positive than previous experiences with pizza hut in general.
Spoke with O'Ryan this evening and he was unbelievably helpful. I had a bad exp last Saturday, but he made it all right this weekend. Just when I thought I was done with pizza hut he redeemed it, somebody give this man a raise!!!
Our order was ready quicker than promised and they brought our order out to our car. I couldn't give 5 stars because they forgot part of our order.
