Love the pretzels!! I downloaded the app and I get a free pretzel every year on my birthday! They have tons of coupons in the app all the time. It is my favorite place to stop in my birthday. They have great customer service and their pretzels here are always hot fresh and buttery! Thank you Auntie Anne’s!

I just buy the Sugar Pretzel Nugget pay for $6 , the Sugar Pretzel Nugget too hard like stone , I try to tell they, help me change the new , the girl say, can’t return , can’t change , can’t refund , it was horrible if you buy any food you need think about it can’t eat ore not , never can find any restaurant like this. So rude , never think about the customer pay the money buy the garbage , how’s feel , that is why , the store write down: No return No change ,No refund!Need Tips !! How’s your sever ? Need tips? Funny! I give you 0 Star !

Zero customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately there is no zero star, that’s what what they deserve. That employee was so rude, she handed and pulled away the pretzel bag as I was about to take it from her. My card was still inside the reader, she only needed to ask me to press the green button to confirm the payment. It’s hard to deal with people who have the tendency of implicit bias.

Used to love the place. Until they got taken over. NEW management fired all of the good employees right before Christmas. I will forever boycott what used to be my favorite indulgence. Rude and incompetent new staff. Miss you Bob. You were the best long time pretzel maker ever. Always smiling, fresh pretzels, nice service. Hope the new management fails due to this awful business practice.

As I was ordering my pretzel, I believe his name was John, was yelling at one of the other younger workers. Really yelling, I couldn't believe it. A bunch of customers around and he was just yelling at this poor guy who looked frightened and embarrassed. I give john 0 stars very rude and unfriendly, and on top of that I got a pepperoni pretzel that was hard as a rock and an almond pretzel that was too doughy to even eat. Overall everything was horrible if I pay 8$ for 2 pretzels I expect then to be done right.
