I have to give 5 stars based on interactions alone. Every time I treat myself and go to this location the staff are incredibly friendly and engaging and polite. They smile and make eye contact and genuinely seem to care about their customers. Oh and the roast beef is good too.

I just want to say that I work there now and I can honestly say that we have worked very hard to better our Arby's and strive to make your overall dining experience well worth your time and money. I, personally, feel horrible anytime an order goes out and is not, for WHATEVER reason, up to my customers liking. My fellow employees and I feel like we are at home here and each one of us is motivated and dedicated to serve the freshest, tastiest food to our customers.Our promise is to "Make It Right" so on behalf of my managers and team-members, I would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to those of you who enjoy their dining experience and would like to offer those of you who encountered issues to please come back and let us "MAKE IT RIGHT"

The family and I loved this place. The crew is very friendly and very professional. The kids meals must have been tasty because the kids are everything. The toy was 50/50, though. My daughter threw hers away, but my son liked his. It was a foldable cat figure from the C.A.T.S. game app. Pretty useless if you ask me. My wife and I had the fish meal. Very good. Please try it, but get it soon because it is one of those limited time only items. All in all a pleasant experience.

In general, Arby's gets 5 stars from me. Great menu selection with outstanding rotating specials that are partially guaranteed to be delicious. This particular location on East Washington Street REALLY needs to add some doors onto their restrooms though to separate them from the rest of the restaurant. The smell emanating from the restrooms on my last visit was practically inhuman! Thus the 4 star rating. Consider using the drive thru if you're at this location.

Whenever I'm up in Madison shopping and I stop at this location, I'm never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and personable! My food is always fresh and I never have to wait very long, even during the busier times of the day. I definitely recommend this location!

Amazing service. Would definitely recommend stopping here on the way to the Dells. Everybody was so friendly, so happy and positive. It was a great feeling coming in to such a nice vibrant restaurant..Clean bathrooms and clean lobby as well

The food was good, but the service was not. The person on register didn't even take any orders for almost 2 minutes when we got there (there were 4 people in line ahead of us and one left because of the wait. The guy behind us asked someone else how long he had been wait, and it had been awhile). While we were waiting for her to come out to take orders, we could see her running around in the kitchen and screaming at someone else. Swear words were very easily heard, and they shouldn't have been said at all. When she started going through the line, she was disinterested, angry, and just not very pleasant to talk to. Again, everything was accurate and tasty. Just not good customer service.

One of the better ones in town. Sherman is perhaps the friendliest fast food employees I have had the pleasure of meeting. Service is always quick and food is hot.
