Pizza Pit

Over 45 minutes for delivery after confirmation email was sent. Soda was warm, bread sticks and chicken strips not cooked/ baked all the way through. Pizza was cold. Worst 50.00 spent. The last time I ordered was in September and same thing. Thought it would have been better. Not worth the money. Lesson learned.

I stopped here the other day and ordered the gyros large combo with a large order of wings. everything was honestly good except the gyro.it was sooooo hard and old I didn’t even eat The Whole thing I threw it rite in the trash omg wasted money never order the gyro yall...then when I called today to make a complaint to the manager he told me this and he was rude and the guy didn’t care at all..he said we apologize about that but we always take our gyro meet in and out the freezer warm it up and put in back in..am like in and out the freezer cook it then put it back in the freezer and freeze it again..that’s disgusting and horrible somebody can get sick and he was rude with it and didn’t care at all..never will I spend that much money to eat at again..

Ordered food at 11:20, told it would be here around 12. 12:20 rolls around and I call asking status and they say food should be out for delivery. Food arrives at 12:35. I ordered a gyro plate with extra sauce. The sauce was warm, food was cold and fries were not even worth trying to eat. I don't mind waiting for my food but can I at least have the meat warm? I gave it two stars because once I microwaved the meat it was very flavorful and tender. Just a little disappointed in the service time and presentation. What happened to the nice boxes? Mine was stuffed into a small box

Horrible. Spent 30$ on food waited a hour which is fine topped the driver 3$ and they forget a side of nacho cheese and I called and they said it would be another 30-45 mins till the could bring me one. Horrible I want a refund or a free pizza. The only reason I order was I was in the mood for there nacho cheese side for my pizza. Pizza tastes awful. Like cold and old ingredients...horrible Update . Not to mention they seemed like they didnt care at all. They said we could offer u a 2$ store credit? I spent 30 plus 3 is 33$ what is 2$ credit. Just blown away how un caring they are

Order a pizza for pick up on July 1st was told by the woman who took my order that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I show up in 20 minutes paid for my pizza and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes when I asked the woman why it was taking so long and her response was don't give me any attitude. Very unprofessional how I was treated. I will not support a business that there employees treat customer's with disrespect!! This was at the fiore location.

My last Pizza Pit order. This is my first time ever writing a review. My order took over an hour and a half. I live less than a half mile from the restaurant. My food was cold and just gross. I mostly feel humiliated that I would spend money that I work for to be treated with such little care or concern. I enjoyed Pizza Pit for years. Service and food has gotten worse over time and it has now reached a point that I can really only blame myself for ordering it. Never again.

I unsally love Pizza pit. I order today got some pizza and fires. I could not pick up a pizza without the whole cheese and crust falling off. There were black crust on the bottom and top of the crust. I had a couple of photos but I can attach it to this review. I called the manager nice to say I did not like it. He basically just told me to deal with it and it looked fine to him. Worst customer service worst food. On the bright side the fries were okay.... I think Jason has not customer service skills and should not be a manager!!!
