Been a regular customer for 3 years, but really disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a veggie sub and observed this ham/bacon stuff. I was expecting a simple sorry and getting a new one when I pointed the meat portion in a supposedly veggie sub. Instead they doubted me and said it was just tomato. But, if I insist, they would make a new one. Well, that might be the last that I order from them.

It's always a clean and friendly place to eat. I really like there subs there. Bread is always fresh. I usually eat there every time I go to Madison. I love the cherry limeade drink. That's the reason I go there.

I was overcharged and got the wrong sandwich. When i got home the tiny sandwich only had lettuce and tomato on it for $8.65. When I went back to fix the order they still got it wrong it was a very simple order of salami, cheese, pickle. Total waste of time and money. It was clear the staff had no idea what they were doing

Subs are great! Large is definitely large and looks bigger than a foot long. Definitely packed with good meat and a good amount of veggies as well. The place is clean and had some fun decorations hanging on the wall. Recommend for anyone looking to eat a sub!

I did notice sub cardboard containers were covered with greasy finger prints from sandwich maker. Pretty gross with greasy hand/finger smears & pieces of lettuce.
My sons Mac & cheese was a very small size for the 4 dollar price? Rounded up bill…..cost did not meet my expectations.

The sandwiches are seriously delicious! And the employees are very nice. It was my first time at a Firehouse Subs and will definitely not be the last time. The brisket sandwich was the best.

Ordered a sandwich and waited patiently since they were very busy and told me it would be a 15-20 min wait. After 25 min and seeing people that ordered after me get their food, I asked if my ticket was lost. They said, "okay," and walked away. After 50 min when people that ordered 30 min after me had finished their sandwiches and left, I again asked where my food was and got a bewildered look. Then was asked 3 times what my order was. They lost my ticket. No coupon, no free food, nothing. Late getting back to work because of them. Great way to treat a volunteer firefighter and veteran. Won't be returning. Go to Jimmy Johns or Subway.
