Online listing says they are open until 7, arrived at 5 and they are closed. Drive through menu screen is also smashed, looks like they do not maintain their site very well

I am a everyday customer that comes here after Home Depot I spend thousands a year here but this will be the last time I ever come here . THE STAFF IS AWFUL nobody is happy no thanks you or you’re welcome everyone is just all messed up and high there I asked for a bagel with cram cheese on it and this is how they give it to me . I WILL BE GETTING A HOLD OF CORPORATE. Do not ever go to this Tim Hortons.

SINCE WHEN DO THEY NOT PUT THE CREAM CHEESE ON THE BAGEL WHEN YOU ORDER A BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE?!?!? How am I suppose to drive and eat while squeezing cream cheese out of a near frozen tube they give you and spreading it???? What? Guess its time to switch to Dunkin.

Everyday customer, won’t go back - Got breakfast today at the Madison heights store just like every other day for the last five years. Typically don’t have any problems but today they got the order wrong, which I’m pretty cool with because it happens. They re-rang it and was given my food. The food was ice cold and I told the drive through attendant and when he turned to the prep cooks to let them know she rolled her eyes and shook her head. This is extremely disrespectful and I won’t come back here. It’s embarrassing that the staff hates their job so much that remaking a hash brown sends them over the edge to the point of disrespecting the customers. Won’t be back.

Horrible service. The drive thru attendant was nearly unintelligible, and had a horrible attitude. I felt disrespected, and everything was thrown into my bag carelessly.
