Giving 2 star for how fast they brought the food out but we ordered a 6oz steak cooked medium but instead I got a something that looked like burnt bacon how can a cook send food like this to a paying customer. Unfortunately it was takeout so I couldn’t complain much. Will not be going back again.

I placed a curbside order and I am extremely pleased. My steak was cooked perfectly and my margarita was absolutely amazing. Everything was delicious.

Had a horrible experience for my birthday 1128 2021 ordered a medium well steak it came out very well done & very tough. I sent it back and asked for the Queensland pasta with chicken and shrimp instead. I ordered it to go because we had already waited long enough when I got home to eat my Queensland pasta I was completely disgusted. There was no shrimp in it and it was one large thick piece of chicken over bland pasta it tasted horrible, I don’t even think this is on the menu. I like outback but I will never go to this location again.

The food was great, is always excellent execution in the kitchen. Service algo really nice, they forgot to offer me the bread, but other than that. Always a good experience.

Came in for a nice steak dinner on a Wednesday night. Staff seemed friendly but the bar tender yelled at the host for sitting us and another in the area. After sitting about 5 min we had to flag down someone to get us drinks… two waters and a margarita. I didn’t get the margarita for 30 minutes… I wanted to catch a buzz before eating my food like a normal person. Maybe the bartender was busy but still 30 min wait 😩 We ordered our food and after a long time it all came out… they usually give you the salad right away but it came with my steak so I barely ate it since I wanted to prioritize the meat. I spent $58 and did not have enjoyable service. Regrettably I only tipped $6 because I refuse to allow a poor service to be rewarded. If they would have tried to do right by comping my drink or something I’d have given $10 tip at least some nice she was at least a friendly server when we did see her.

Waitress Christine Neal at Outback Steakhouse Is superlative! She is one of the best waitresses I’ve ever witnessed and I’m in my sixties! She was professional prompt courteous and articulate! She handled her customers superbly! I am writing this and she wasn’t even my waitress! I’ll request her the next time! Kudos Christine!

What happened to the nice lady at curbside. It hasn’t been the same. Longer waits even when calling it ahead, had to come back in for my salad dressing and there was no silverware in the bag. didn’t notice till after I left her a tip. Please do better!
