Dominios Pizza

So after working 9 hrs today I didn't want to cook when I got home. So I wanted to find something quick to eat. Start going through my emails because I really wanted Pizza Hut, but no deals. I kept looking and saw I had a free pizza at Dominoes. So I ordered online for curbside delivery. Needless to say I got another free pizza for it not being brought out within the 2 minutes. I actually got out to go get it after almost 10 mins of waiting on someone to come out. I didn't look at my food until I got home. The wings I ordered were nothing like the advertised picture shows. At all.. Extremely disappointed. Looks like they just drizzled sauce on some very skimpy wings. Disappointed 😞 😥

I would give 0. They need retraining. My husband placed 2 orders over the phone for pickup. Large thin crust pizza with alfredo sauce, and 3 toppings,spinach, green peppers and provolone . She was saying the sauce was a topping. Since he wasn't sure he said ok. The other Large thing crust with 3 toppings. Sauge, pepperoni, salami. He hangs up so I asked about the order. I called back about the order for the alfredo sauce. She said it was a topping, I said it wasn't. Instead of the marinara sauce I wanted the alfredo sauce. She asked another guy if that was a topping or not. Smdh!! He said it's not then said it is, their laughing and not taking the order seriously with the back and forth of it is or not!!! I told her I wanted the green peppers , she said ok then he says the pizza is ready so I said I'm on my way. I went thru therapy today I was hungry, hungry and not feeling good. I go over there. Looked at the pizza and asked her about the green peppers. Said the pizza was done and couldn't put it. I looked at the other one. I asked where's the salami? She says it's underneath. I was beyond frustrated with the carelessness of these workers tonight. I will not come back to this place till they understand what are the sauces and what are the toppings cause they need to be retrained!! Or get a new crew! I got home with no green peppers on one and no salami on the other, yes they lied to me in my face and still had to pay $17.10. No discount. No sorry. No fixing. What a waste of a place.

ordered pizza at 9:40p for pickup through app like i’ve done dozens of times before. received notification to pickup in 23-33 minutes and that Cara was preparing. THEN when i’m pulling in at 10:15p, i get a text that my order has been cancelled. door is locked, employee tells me they don’t have my order. when i show them receipt and confirmation, it’s “oh well, we’re closed for pickup but you can still order for delivery”. what kind of game is being played here? if you don’t have enough employees, fine just say that. or if you’re having food shortage, or the truck didn’t show up with dough today, just say that. i’ve given a pass on these excuses before, but to cancel the order as i’m showing up for pickup, and then suggesting to order delivery, is ridiculous!
