Burger King

Food was good although our order was mixed up a bit when onions were put on our hamburgers. We clearly stated what we wanted and onions were not mentioned. Nevertheless the burgers were good, but messy (see pictures). The young lady who took our order seem like she wanted to be anywhere but there. We ended the sale with me saying "Thank you", but what happen to the day when the "Thank You" was said to the customer. Oh well..... The place was fairly clean. Ladies restroom in a bit of disarray (see picture). Ketchup dispenser was empty. Ice dispenser dispensed ice very slowly as if it was almost empty. All in all we enjoyed our meal and the "Two for $10 special" is a good deal.

To begin, the young lady had the wrong attitude. If coming here irritates you then leave. For this location to have no one at the restaurant I did not mind waiting for fresh hot food. As we were waiting I needed to order another meal. I asked if I could do so at the window since I had to wait. I was told yes and proceeded with my order. After waiting a moment the young lady came back and said we wouldn't be able to do a large fry. Confused because we had no reason. I figured it was probably because somebody didn't want to go get another bag of fries and that was true. The burgers were fine and juicy. The fresh hot fries that we had to wait for were horrible. So we waited for fries that tasted doughy, thick and cold. I would like to thank the young lady that was bagging up the food for the hospitality.

I placed a mobile order at this location. Not only did the manager refuse to give me my food but she also refused to give me a refund! The staff is horrible and have poor customer service skills! Apparently they’re too incompetent to know and realize that all BK locations in Macon accept mobile ordering. Otherwise I would had made it past the pickup location and the order would had NEVER went through.

If I could give no stars, I would. Pulled up to the drive thru, ordered a rodeo burger. The gal said hold on a second, and then a minute or two went by. Nobody ahead of me. I went to wendy's, got much better service. That's the wendy's on riverside just past Tom Hill Sr. Blvd., don't waste your time on this pathetic excuse for a fast food place.

I guess because my daughter was taking too long to decide what she wanted (i was fussing at her to hurry up)the order taker decided to say the system was down. I didnt think anything of it, so i started to pull off when i heard an older white gentleman behind me order. I could hear him thru my window. I stopped to see if i mistook him ordering but no he pulls to the window to pay. She told us it would take 20 minutes for the system to come back up. Edit: i walk inside to speak to the manager and the white heavy set lady with a headset approaches me. I realize by her voice that she is the one who lied. I ask for a manager and she said yes how can i help.you as if she was the manager. I ask for corporate number and she said oh let me get amanda she is the manager. Manager takes her sweet time coming out only to apologize and basically tell me the girl lied. She explains to me that she is the new manager yet you have one cashier in the front on the phone at the counter and then you have one lying to customers saying the system was down because my daughter couldn't decide what she wanted. We weren't even at the window 2 minutes.
