I really don't understand from 6 AM - 11:30 PM, when you pull in to the drive thru and waited for 15 minutes at the make your order spot. I heard a light voice letting me know that I can order, then they said "Can you hold on a minute." So then I waited for 5 more minutes. I then pulled up to the 1st window and a person knocked on the window and said"We're closed." I really don't understand when it was 6:50 when I arrived. And it just happened about 15 minutes ago.

Went to use restroom worker comes out of the stall and doesn't even wash his hands after doing his business and goes to back to cooking and this place drinks always flate other Burger Kings way better and people are nicer at other ones as well

My order was incorrect. When I told the supervisor that my lettuce and tomatoes were left off, instead of her just fixing it, she wanted to blame the girl that rang it up. My chicken sandwich was dry. They still did NOT put the lettuce on it and the tomatoes that were put on it was sour.

Starting the new year off with rude, disrespectful people who work at this Burger King. Do not ever expect a warm and friendly greeting from this crew of losers. After some terrible listening skills demonstrated in taking my order where I admit getting a little frustrated having to repeat myself seVeral times, I was greeted by cold silence and deadly stares by the young lady taking my money. After she handed me my receipt I paused to see if she would say thank you or have a nice day like is expected in all walks of life. Just silence and mean looks. So I asked her if she was going to say thank you or have a nice day. She just said, What... like, what do you want from me? The lady handing me my food was also silent. No greeting. So I asked to speak to the Manager, a white lady with reddish hair. Same thing. No hello, how can I help you. I explained the situation and she had no reply. Then the second lady came in again interrupting and yelling at me. The manager let her do this and chimed in herself saying "We don't owe you anything.! I asked her if she was trained to not greet customers and yell at them. She just said, I have to go help other customers. i will be talking to the owner about this one. He or she should be humiliated publicly for hiring such mean and abusive people. These people have no honor, no self respect, no dignity.

I surely regret going there the place is too nasty and the people are not nice I recommend no one to go to this Burger King I know means the fries were not hot they would not even give me hot fries the burger was not hot no way not no more I will not go there I hate I have to bypass it from my house

This place had one rude person... She had blue hair and I didn't like her service or how she presented herself to me... I would say she needs to be fire but I can't stop y'all from doing what y'all doing... Just know I didn't like service for real.

As soon as I went and the lady was complaining that she wants to get off that she hated her job she said no one told her to have a minimum wage job and don't like it so yeah I will not be going back there anymore
