I ordered 2 for 6.00 dollars
I received a Chicken sandwich and A Tablespoon of macaroni and no cheese . This was outrageous if it wasn't so late I would have taken it back. I was beat out if my 3.00 dollars. Don't Buy rip off location on Forsyth Rd

I got French Dip sandwiches for myself and 2 friends. Came out super hot and fresh. They were the best I have ever eaten and the other 2 friends loved them also.

Long wait.... I ordered two six-piece wings, and a cheddar melt not on an onion bun. It was a mess when I got home! The buffalo wings had so much sauce on it, It was so soggy. The wing holder was shredded. I live 6 minutes away 🙄 My cheddar melt look like it had been stepped on as well..... It cost way too much money for my food to look like this!

This isn't just for this trip but like three in a row that went bad over the last two months. First time I ordered a half pound beef and cheddar, and got a regular sized one, and I was charged for regular size too though so I guess they didn't hear me? Then, another time, I ordered the same thing, got a very small looking beef and cheddar that didn't look like any half pound ice ever seen Arby's serve before. THEN, today, I order a half pound beef and cheddar and it's a pretty small looking roast beef with no cheddar. I've decided that if this is how it's gonna be I'm at least keeping a record every time it happens, I'd I even go again.

The food quality is subpart as is the customer service 90% of the time (that's just Macon, Ga in general). If you plan on going to an Arby's in Macon, Ga you're best bet is most likely going to be the Riverside Dr location.

Always check your order before you leave the drive thru no matter how many people are behind you. Constantly receive someone else's order. Always get less then what you've paid for. Absolutely disappointing

Like the food but the service needs work. The staff comes off very rude and there is no reason to have an attitude with friendly customers who did nothing but order food.
