Bathroom was by far the cleanest part. Food was hot, not sure when they stopped using the fry seasoning....had to go back and ask for some. After we ordered and sat down we were iffy about eating there because of how nasty the place was. Trash and tables dirty. Ice piled high. Counteracts so sticky.... wouldn't recommend stopping at this one.

I don't know why anyone wouldn't like Zaxby's but if you're looking for a quick snack this is the place. Cajun Club sandwich is full of flavor to hit the spot!

YUM! Visited heading south! Easy access in & out. Walked in & ordered food which was prepared super quick! Food was fresh! Coleslaw was good (small portion is fairly small). Blackened chicken sandwich is so good! I suggest using the Zaxby’s app for rewards! Lobby was closed due to pandemic.

Food just isn't good. Our chicken fingers left a lot to be desired...the French fries were not completely cooked..Cole slaw was not good..the toast for sandwich was barely toasted if you could call it that...and all this not to mention how small the chicken tenders were. We also got cookies and they were just ok. I spent 22.00 for my husband and I to throw most of the food away. We both told each other that the next time we want chicken it won't be Zaxbyx...we will drive further to Popeyes.

Their chicken strip are great. Not greasy like others. The coating is light not caked on. I feel $7, whatever they charge is well worth it. And their French Fries are great n not greasy 😋

Food is great. Which is why I come here all the time.. Customer service though… it’s the rudeness for me. If I go through the drive through, 9/10 they will get my order wrong.. there are a lot of teenagers working there. Hence the attitude. Go figure…

Ordered a standard Zax Snack. Numerous people that ordered after me got their food first. Went back and asked what was taking so long they said they were waiting on fries. Even though every other order before be that ordered AFTER me had fries. They forgot about my order and then tried to boame it on the fries.
