We had a great surprise on our first visit to this location so we gave them a 2nd visit a week later. We sat in the parking lot for 25 minutes waiting on our order. When it was delivered the Bo Rounds that were served had been in the heat lamp for hours and were inedible. The chicken and the biscuits were far from fresh cooked but at least not as aged as the Bo Rounds. I'm very disappointed.

Went inside to order and ALL the employees had their mask pulled down below their chin, not covering their nose or mouth while they were cooking, taking orders and bagging food. What’s the point of even bothering having a mask if they aren’t properly going to wear them while handling food?! I politely asked for a refund and told the manager why and then had an employee making smart a$$ remarks about me like I couldn’t hear while I waited for my refund. Not acceptable at all!

The slowest fast food restaurant I've been to. Everytime I go there you wait at least 15 to 20 mins. They always make you pull up so you not on there clock so it doesn't seem that bad, IT IS. Ive had faster service at longhorn and I never write these. I went today and they had cars wrapped around the building . The wait was so long I looked back and it was me and another car waiting . Everyone else left, if I hadn't already paid I would have left too. I pulled up to the window at 9:07 I got my food at 9:48. My order was not right but I was to mad to stay and fix it .

Fry it yourself. Its not terrible, just no flavor and the fries harden quick. The customer service at the window is great, seemingly alright good people, so I'd still go there for the shortcut. Its just the menu costs are more than competitors (like KFC) with less flavor. My husband likes it, my kids plain won't eat it🤷🏾. I haven't tried the breakfast menu and end up coming out better cooking at home when there's time.

Pretty much like any chicken joint, except the flavor was SO much better. I had their steak biscuit, and received a fried steak patty on a biscuit that was to die for. The partner had their cajun biscuit and he said the flavor was amazing. My niece treated us to their blueberry biscuit thing and it was SO good.
