Mcdonald's

I used to work night shift here, so I know how backed up it can get with a small crew, but we ordered $9 worth of food, with 2 cars in front of us. the girl taking our order seemed like she was on drugs or at least really tired. we waited 26 minutes for a mcchicken that was cold in the middle and probably not safe to eat, the rest of the order was also cold but at least cooked. what bothered me is there was a manager just standing there in the lobby and nobody even came over to let us know it would be a while. I guess I understand, but it’s also just really disappointing.

The people were friendly but when I placed my order I didn't notice I was charged for 2 small vanilla shakes instead of one. I even paid for it and because I was talking to my granddaughter and watching the line if cars in front of me I didn't check the receipt. I expected 12 per meal and the total was 35 something so I want suspicious. I didn't find the mistake till I was handed not 2 but 3 vanilla shakes after we got our food and before my mocha came. I thought about causing a stink and sending it back and asking for a refund but I would have felt bad. It's mostly college and teen agers there and the shake didn't go to waste. The only thing is this is the better of the 2 McDonald's in town so it's always busy. The other one sucks. This is on West Jackson in Macomb.

Idk what is going on at this place. They should update their real lobby hours, because apparently the lobby closes whenever the employees feel like locking one half of the doors. Meanwhile, at DQ the line is wrapped up halfway around the building. Can't imagine how much money they've lost this evening because they're "closed" 2 hours earlier than every sign says they're supposed to be. This is a regular occurrence, too. The lack of management in this establishment is astounding.

The last 3 doordash orders from here have been beyond unacceptable. The first order the extra that I was charged for were not included, and the big Mac was made so poorly there is no excuse. The two patties were in the top, the bottom bun in the middle, and the middle on the bottom. The second time I got the big Mac sharable pack. It arrives with out the 20 nuggets. Half of the meal deal that was for feeding my family. The third and now final time they claimed to not have the ability to make the milkshake and substituted with a coke slushy that was half filled and half melted, the fries were old and soggy. At this point I'm left to believe the employs don't care about the door dashorders because the person isn't there to complain directly and the manager must not care either given that this quality of food is being served with out concenquence.
