Buffalo Wild Wings

The service is great .But i ordered boneless wings . Parmesan garlic. they were dry and so was the sauce. I have eaten at a lot of wild wings, there is a lot of fresh sauce. My fault. I ordered it to go, didn't check. Better check before you leave. What can you expect when your order gets to you in 2 minutes. Be warned.

Service has always been great but the wings are always just barely warm when served....not sure why that is when food is supposedly "made to order". Been like this the past 5 times I've visited there. Manager always corrects the issue which is great but I feel like I shouldn't have to send my food back as soon as it's served.

Went to this establishment on 5/23/22 for a 9 year olds birthday dinner. Food was good. Now on the service, it was subpar and lacking interest. I did leave a tip on the table (as I always do) even though she would have gotten more if she seemed like she wanted to be there. Got my bank statement 2 weeks later and had been charged a different amount from the receipt , which I still had. $10 more, called the store talked to Jay, I explained the problem and he said he would take care of it and get the right amount charged, needless to say 7 days later no change from them to my bank, so again I called this time I spoke with Shawn, same thing told him the scenario and he said Jay did not submit it he could tell by looking on their computer. Still have not heard from them nor has my bank account!! I will tip generously if I feel we have a great experience, but this was not a great experience and continues to go downhill fast. Always keep your receipts, and check them against your statement. Will be a long time before I would recommend this establishment to anyone.
