The new menu is horrible. No longer standard smalls or mediums available. On top of an outrageous price increase for lesser quality product has made this my last visit to this location. No longer their customer. Such a shame and such a big difference from the Jets that John and Eugene started many years ago

Worst pizza ever been ordering here since they opened ask for light sauce got No sauce.asked and paid for double cheese No more cheese than normal was bread showing through all over pizza.waste of 26 bucks don't know if I will try them again horrible screw up tonight read the ticket right cooks,!!!!

Buyer beware! Now that the covid pandemic is over food companies like Jets Pizza are charging the same price if not more for a smaller portions. Totally disappointed and my small jets 10 was burnt. Time to find a different pizza place that doesn't ROB their customers!

Wow is all I can say, every time I order from here the price changes and it’s in Jets favor.
The latest rip off was $16.98 for a large 1 topping square…really? And $7.99 for a Jet bread.
I believe that they are trying to capitalize on the pandemic.

Always order from this location because it’s always good. This time with an order of ham, mush and GP -I was very disappointed because hardly any topping on the pizza.

I had the best experience when I ordered from Jets for the first time this week. The delivery person was awesome. My pizza was hot, he was happy and seemed to enjoy what he was doing. I gave a tip in the app and when I use the app to pay a tip with other delivery people not once have they thanked me for it and I always wonder if they receive it. This person said “Hey and thank you for the tip”. It was nice knowing that he actually got it. Thank you for a great experience.

The worst Jetts pizza store ever!!! Ordered a small deep dish veggie pizza a few weeks ago, it was dry and tasteless, overcooked not enough sauce. I didn't complain that time. So I tried again todayafter I explained the situation from last time I was assured that it wouldn't happen again. Never will I order from them again

I love this store more than any other jets! The kids seem happy and are super attentive! I wish I could tip on my credit card, but I ALWAYS BRING CASH, because they really deserve good tips(so they keep giving the best service), that's my opinion.
