The food was crazy good. I moved to Atlanta, and forgot about the real world. Chuck steak, mashed potatoes, green beans and bread stick. All of it was excellent. My mom had chicken and dumplings -- Really good. But, the price was amazing. My whole dinner plus the Mississippi mudslide pie was less than a burger at home

The food was delicious. Our server was friendly but not very attentive. Our glasses sat empty several times during our meal. It wasn't busy but they did seem short staffed. My mom ordered the liver and onions and she said she will absolutely order it again. She recommends the corn nuggets also. They were not bad to me but not my thing. We ordered the fried green tomatoes. We both agreed that they seemed bland. The entrees were on point. The chicken livers, liver and onions and fried okra were delicious! I also highly recommend the hushpuppies! We love the other location and couldn't help comparing the two. We will try this one again.
We came in 12 minutes before close, and they took care of us.
Everyone was so nice, food was delicious. I enjoyed the country fried steak and baked apples. I'm so glad we made it in time. Slight musty smell. It didn't really feel clean because of the smell but we were really hungry!

"Wow! I just had the most amazing experience at this place with the best fried chicken and biscuits ever! The food was beyond delicious—the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the biscuits were fluffy and perfect. Plus, the servers were not only super friendly but also incredibly attentive. Their warmth and hospitality added an extra layer of enjoyment to the meal. I can't wait to go back for more of that finger-licking goodness! Five stars all the way!"

We enjoyed the food, and our waitress, an older lady, was incredibly sweet. The country fried steak left both my husband and me amazed; it was wonderfully seasoned and perfectly crispy. The mac-n-cheese was equally delicious, and their hush puppies were a great addition. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was excellent, and the food exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it! 👍🏼
After posting my review yesterday the manager replied and asked me to call the manager on duty so they could make it right and they definitely did. Thank you Paul Snow the area manager and Skylar the Manager on Duty for fixing my chicken and dumplings meal. We had friends from out of town that we met there (7 total). We were seated quickly and had our drink orders before we knew it. The food came out quick and it was hot and delicious. Every order was correct. Everyone said their food was fantastic. Our server had a smile and a pleasant demeanor all evening. We stayed almost til closing and no one rushed us to leave.
“We love PoFolks!” the commercial says. The place is definitely interesting and has a certain flair of country style cooking. The decor and the names of the dishes on the menu is certainly country style. This was my first experience and I was really looking forward to it. Overall experience wasn’t bad and the service was great. Our server was very polite and attentive. I can’t say the food was good. I ordered a salad with some grilled shrimp (I mean it was probably not the best choice if I wanted to try country food...everyone at the table orders fried chicken or fried fish). The salad had not much flavor unfortunately and the shrimp came in small and fried (popcorn shrimp) instead of large shrimp and grilled... I might have to come back and try fried chicken if I ever have a craving for it.
Atmosphere is country homey and southern friendly 😊 The food is southern comfort food and very reasonably priced 😉 The service was excellent ty Cassy 1/23/21 . Delicious southern style food for a really great price. Very generous portions, you really get what you pay for.
