Pizza Hut

They hired people saying they needed friendly stuff. Started off good but than everything is changed. My friend is working there and she’s been constantly getting discriminated. The managers and server stuff is all involved. Today she was crying because they been treating her really bad. I literally recommended her to call cops over them because they are not treating her right. She’s so nice that she doesn’t say anything and they are misbehaving with her again and again. She been constantly complaining how she’s trying to do things write and they are still putting her down which is causing her depression. They aren’t giving her no good hours so basically they are putting their whole power to get rid off her. The manager is been partial. She let other server (special one) do whatever they want and when she does it, they said “this is not allowed”. The manager even threatened her to fire her. I’m going to complain higher authorities so this stuff will get kick off.

While our server was attentive, I was disappointed with seeing dried out pizza & wilted salad sitting on the buffet/salad bar table. I know it might have a slow day (afternoon), but still that's a turn off who might have wanted that option. This used to be a favorite spot for my family and I. Definitely will think twice about going here again.

It was Superbowl Sunday and they should have been prepared for that but they were overwhelmed. Too 2 hours (not kidding) to get a couple of pizza. When we got home it was way under cooked and the dough was still little bit raw. This has happened before too so I know it wasn't just a coincidence. Hope they get better cause I actually like Pizza hut pizza.

Have yet to have a good experience at this store. Tried several times. First, only 5 minute drive from me. It says they deliver but they never do. So I'll do carryout, whatever. Website says 20 minutes until completion. When I show up it's never ready on time. I usually end up waiting another 15 to 20 minutes. The food is cooked fine, but it's as though the staff could care less about their customers. Terrible service and long wait times.

Service was very slow . understaffed. 2 apps came 20 mins apart instead of together. Table was not stable and clean, had to move. Food was good. Customers that came 15mins after me got their food at the same time as me. Employees were polite. (In and out time 1 hour 15mins for 5 bread sticks, 8 wings and medium pie and 2 drinks.)
