I've passed by this location so many times without noticing, not anymore. This mother's day I ordered the "Strawberry Passion" cake online which was quite easy, pickup wasn't as easy because of the many choices of ice-cream to choose from. They looked really appetizing.
Our cake was amazing my wife and her Sister is still talking about it.
I order frequently from here & never have an issue. The one time I did, I reached out to the number provided & the customer service was awesome. Everyone loves some Cold Stone & great customer service.
I think the workers here love their job. They are always cheerful, energy on point. They are not grumpy and rude. Their attitude makes the ice cream taste ten times better. Lines are sometimes out the door, but you won't wait for very long to get served
so I just want to thank who ever it was that I spoke to on the phone today. I didn't get a name. but basically I ordered doordash got the wrong item and they drove to my house and brought me the right one. you never really know how u can make someone day. my day was really made because Ice cream always cheers me up Thankyou
Very popular location but overall the ice cream was really smooth. Vanilla ice cream was ordered. This location was recommended and it was a great pick. Can't complain. I recommended this location as I will visit again when I am in town. There is no parking to be prepared to double park but it better to travel with someone to stay in the vehicle.

Took my kids there on Father's Day and absolutely loved it. The ice cream is rich and creamy. Don't get me started on the toppings, my kids were mind blown when they were able to add as many toppings as they wanted. They only downside was that the line was out the door but after tasting the ice cream, I understood why. My 8yr old daughter enjoyed it so much, she said it was the best Father's Day ever Haha.

I took the kids there, for doing such a great job on their chores. When we arrived, it was kinda crowded, but the employees were on their A game, working fast and accurately. My kids enjoyed their Ice cream & Shakes. They asked, when will we be going back.. Soon!!!
I really like their ice creams
From the moment I got in line it was a great experience. Staff did a great job directing us with the new COVID measures. Latana (I hope I’m spelling it right) is an absolute sweetheart!!!! She is so patient! I had an extremely large order and I was a bit confusing but she kept up with my chaotic order. She repeated it multiple times to make sure my order was correct. Great customer service!!!!! I love this cold stone! Will be coming back! Thank you guys!
