Arby's

Seemed everyone stayed the car line today. (Worth waiting for) Thankful employees were very pleasant inspite of the shake machine that went down. My first visit, today it seems we get over the wait perspective and learn to be grateful for those working to do the best they can. Husband was happy I waited for the sandwich I couldn't make at home. Perspective matters ♡♡♡ Options on menu for Summer are yummy 😋

Ordered two Classic Fish sandwiches. Not very good, no tatar sauce. Sandwiches was cold, and possibly underheated. Needs to have warm buns. Only ate one because of hunger. Took other home and prepared that properly. Never ordering that again. If and when I visit another Arby's, I am going to order something more traditional and if that does not meet my expectations... never going to spend money at Arby's again.

If I could I wouldn't even give this place one star. Austin is a joke!! Waited 45 min for our food while watching one worker laying in the booth while him and Austin the guy running drive through shared a vape inside the store. Poor Austin was so busy overly flirting with the only girl working that he could barely make our drinks before he asked us to pull up and wait for our food. I did take video and plan on coming by tomorrow after work to see how the manager feels about the conduct here. We have lived in Lyman for 7 months and tried over and over again to be understanding but each time it just gets worse. I know all to well how hard it is to find good employees but eating establishments need to have a no tolerance policy when it comes to this type of nonsense. With prices all around us going up I expect to at least get what I order and pay for with the environment being sanitary. Needless to say we attempted to share food tonight as I wasnt driving back to get the correct items until we found hair all in our sandwiches and my daughter proceeded to get sick. Just unbelievable!!! I'm disappointed and disgusted!!!

Manger is super rude held hand out window for my card like I was ruining her day. Then handed me my food shut the window I then sit there with people walking by window taking orders waiting for my drinks they open window and ask if they can help me. No Arby's sauce in bag no napkins horrible experience, would have been better service to get the food the the trashcan out back

This used to be a great Arby’s. It was affordable and nice and fast. Now I understand that prices have gone up but there’s no longer a special on buying multiple roast beef sandwiches. So for four dollars a sandwich for a regular roast beef I would expect to get one where the bun wasn’t burnt and the meat wasn’t rubbery. Also since I’m a member of the Arby’s club and get emails I tried to show the cashier my 50% off coupon but it wouldn’t load. I thought they were trying to adjust my total anyways only to find out after I drove off that they charge me full price I guess they didn’t trust me and didn’t tell me that they were just gonna go ahead and charge me full price. It’s just not worth it anymore to pay four dollars for a teeny tiny roast beef sandwich when it’s not any good. I wish that they had been honest with me or at least let me wait until I can get my coupon to load.
