Platter was terrible, eggs and bo rounds were a greasy mess. Was not edible. Bo rounds were so greasy they were flimsy. Lady at register was very nice.

They supposed to be open in the dining room from 7am-7pm and they have the doors locked and said they're closed for dine in. This store has some of the nastiest people working here. They probably closed the dining room so people don't see how they handle the food. So frustrated!

We went to the drive-thru. Everything was right on the receipt but when I received our order inside fries they gave us bo rounds. They threw together our biscuits to the point they fell apart. They just don't care. I won't be going back

They had to redo the order for the vehicle ahead of us and instead of have them pull up and let other people get their stuff they made the whole line wait. We ordered cup of tea and a mac & cheese and waited over 10 minutes for it..
we were in a hurry so we just left

Ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal and found a piece of hair on my biscuit. Sweet tea was unsweet. . Never coming back.

I go to this Bojangles every other Saturday. I get a butter biscuit and coffee I think the biscuits are getting smaller and smaller every week. They use to have a nice size biscuit that wouldn't fall apart when you open it up to put the jelly on it. Come Bojangles you have to get better. Well here I go again trying to give them a second chance to do right with my food. Today 12/4/21 I stop by to get my usual . Butter biscuit and coffee. Well my coffee was cold like it had already been setting in the cup for hours and again my biscuit fall apart I couldn’t even put my jelly on it as you can see in the picture again. I didn’t have time to go back and they did not answer the phone. A lot of young people standing around and No Manager to be found.

Brought 12 piece chicken only last night around 6:30pm. And it was burnt tasting. So when I got home and took a bite..omg they were wrong for that. Terrible fried chicken.

Went through drive through ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese get in the car the bo rounds are cold and old and there's no bacon in my bec. Check your food before you drive off. Everyone was very polite though.
