Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Ordered a family meal of chicken tenders,red beans and mashed potatoes with white gravy. Really disappointed this time . We have ordered before and have no issues. The chicken was over cooked. As well as the red beans and rice were dry like they had been sitting on warm for a while. Also the mash potatoes were a overcooked light brown. Overall this experience was not as good as what we were used to. Our pickup time was a Friday @8pm . It was if the food had been there from the lunch hour.

Went to Cheddar's for supper with the family and celebrating a birthday. The bread was fresh and very delicious, we ordered the spinach dip and Wisconsin cheese bites each were equally delicious. It was a party of 7 and had just about one of each type of course they had, burger, steak, wrap, chicken, seafood, pasta and adult beverages. Each food was fresh and cooked to perfection. The portions were just enough to be overfilling and the beverages were strong enough. I highly recommend stopping by you won't be disappointed. The servers were very tentative and frequently made sure you had everything you needed.

So my girl ordered a salmon salad and I ordered 6oz steaks and ribs (I upgraded my steak to 8 oz) the size of the salmon is decent but the amount of salad is unreal.. oh well, I think she liked it overall. Steak was okay. It was nicely cooked as I said medium. Not bad.. ribs had some problem.. they were chewy and very strongly attached to the bones.. quite disappointed that this is Texas level of ribs.. I know you guys probably don't focus much on ribs or steak itself but I would like to see more improvement next time..
