ABSOLUTELY love it! Never been before today. Got the 9.99 beef tip plate of course upgraded to the loaded baked potato. But this price is the same you'd pay or even less than most of the fast food restaurants that you'd get much lower quality food. I will be back as often as I can.

1st time ordering from this company. Customer service was fantastic. The item of the food that I order does not look like anything of the picture on a website. When you ask for a loaded baked potato, they do not load the potato itself you have to do-it-yourself. Won't be ordering from there any time soon

First time eating at this location after a horrible experience at the North location. Christa took my complaints and apologized. She also made sure my order was correct and absolutely delicious. Even her staff was so pleasant and provided service with a smile. Thanks so much Christa for being professional and courteous. Give her raise she earned it! You have definitely gained a new regular customer at your location.

There's a reason that they're always busy if you look at their coupons you can get some really great deals for two but just expect when they tell you 15 minutes it's probably going to be 30

Thank goodness I can always count on the food being good, it helps make up for the girl at the window with no personality. Although I ordered a tea with my meal, apparently she didn't hear that so when I asked about it - in a dull monotone she said 'oh did you want one'?
Thankfully Sonic was on my way home.

Ordered something for delivery here.. So.. They charged my card over the phone.. Order was roughly 40 bucks.. Anyways, they call me back after we had already placed our order. The manager Erica tells me I can't have my food because my card was declined.. However, my card was in fact charged.. My bank app showed the payment for 40 bucks.. I explained to her that the payment went through.. Well she told me it didn't and that I would have to pay again.. I wouldn't recommend paying over the phone here... Not unless you want to pay 2 or 3 times for one order. Never experienced such bad service..
