Went to Wienerschnitzel on Milwaukee. Store was clean, food was hot and served quickly. Staff were quick. Ordered the beef mustard dog on pretzel bun. Bun was very soft and warm, I liked it better than the other location. It’s right next to a nail salon and so occasionally there was a slight scent of the chemicals in use there. However, it didn’t bother us too much so we will eat here again.

This may be only the second or third negative review I've ever written. The restaurant was filthy, the staff was overwhelmed and under trained. While they were in no way friendly, it was obviously an example of gross neglect by the management. The photos are of the dining room while I was waiting. There was one table in the restaurant when I got there and they already had their food. I waited for 30 minutes for two hot dogs and two lemonades only to receive my food cold in the middle.

We were there at 10pm and there was a line and they were very nice and worked hard to get us out quickly with hot food. Thank you.

The staff was SO rude. When I ordered my food I asked if she could repeat the order to make sure I got everything and she got annoyed when I asked if she got the extra large fry giving me attitude. Then when I got to the window she handed me my food. Didn't even look me in the eye or say a word. Then shut the window. I sat there confused thinking she was giving me another bag. Nope. Incredibly freaking rude for no reason. This was also my first time every going to this restaurant.

Food was not fresh. Service was good and we dined in. Tables were all dirty and not clean. I got sick after eating the food for two days. I wouldn't recommend this location.
