I seemed to have arrived moments after they closed for the day. Happy I was able to purchase a few bags of tea from their stand outside shop; I do wish there had been a wider selection. Definitely wish I had realized they were inside a much larger, vendor space, and, had come across hours. It ended up being a nice pit stop because of other shops available, but, today I was hoping to speak with someone knowledgeable in loose-leaf tea, as I was surprised with a tea brewing system.

Excellent selection of tea. They serve both hot and cold teas. They even have a wine selection. The staff is extremely friendly and great with asking any questions. The tea is fair priced and delicious! Definitely coming here again!

Love this place! Searched for a great tea place when we moved to Lubbock and thrilled to find this one! Delighted that they use a reverse osmosis system. The selection is amazing. Tea always tastes fresh and clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and I enjoy talking with the Owner. He and his family are super passionate about serving quality and beneficial teas. Get my bagged ice from here too. Excited to see all the new things they are doing.

Overall this a great little shop. It's a touch pricey, but the great selection makes it worthwhile. I would like to see them become vegan friendly with alternative milks. They tell me there's no demand for them... Here's your first official demand for almond and soy milk!

My girlfriend and I go here all the time and get their sweet tea. I've gotten some of their other hot teas and chai lattes and they've all been very good. The staff is always friendly and quick and their new location and hut is very convenient. If you haven't tried them, I would definitely them a shot!

I buy loose tea here quite often and it is awesome. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. Also, the building is clean and products are attractively arranged. My favorite is chocolate creamy coconut-but there are so many flavors to pick from. The tea leaves are fresh and sealed in an air-tight package, unlike some places that put leaves in a paper bag.

Great selection of teas and always an excellent time stopping by to get a fresh brewed cup. I'm always learning new things about the loose leaf Teasters has from their phenomenal staff. No matter who's behind the counter (Summer, Taylor, Carly, Juliet, or Blaire) I'm always greeted with a smile and a top notch professional attitude that should be standard everywhere.
