Perhaps one of the coldest Starbucks locations (A/C cranked to freeze), this location is a super convenient pickup point on the way to Texas Tech and University Medical Center on 4th Street via Loop 289. Take the Slide Road exit from Southwest Lubbock and you avoid the lights at Frankford if you were to take the 4th Street exit. I only left 4 stars because I'm freezing in here right now! Use the Starbucks app to order in advance.

Really friendly, and they make my weird drinks perfect all the times I come here, even suggesting things I might like based on the drinks I order all the time and hit the nail on the head everytime. Great atmosphere too! Very upset they are closing, but wish them the best!

I was very excited to visit this new Starbucks! The new building is so nice and has a great atmosphere. There are several options for larger groups of people to sit together. The staff is great and friendly. I recognize them from the 4th & Slide location. Very glad to have this Starbucks in this area of town!

Staff is friendly and very attentive. However, unless you are going in for a plain coffee the rest of their drinks leave little to be desired. I have ordered a white mocha, which they forgot the actual coffee portion to the drink. I have ordered breakfast items and when they went to serve them it was the wrong items. I have also had the unfortunate experience of them using bad half-and-half for their creamer. The only time my order has been correct has been when I have order just a plain black coffee, so that seems that will be the only item I will order here.

Great service! Great atmosphere! Friendly baristas. Only disappointment is that they're closing this Starbucks cafe, the last one in Lubbock, next month.
The double chocolate brownie was excellent. And so was the skinny cinnamon dolce latte. I tip my hat to the staff. Good luck in your new location!

Will not be going back to this location! These high school girls who served us made fun of us for what we put in our coffee. Whilst we ordered through the drive-thru, we completed ordering the girls forgot to turn off their headsets and we heard everything.
That is not the way to do business

The staff is always friendly and super helpful. We love our reusable cold cups and plan on buying some of the reusable hot cups soon! Thank you for such good service and delicious drinks!
